The camera can't find the spot

• Prop the iPhone 1 to 3 metres from the spot, upright and steady, with the front camera facing it.
• Draw the box a little bigger than the spot, then sit in it yourself to check that "Found it" appears.
• Turn a light on if the room is dim, and keep busy backgrounds (a TV, a doorway) out of the box.
• If it still struggles, use manual mode. It runs the same countdown without the camera.

The countdown keeps restarting

The countdown stops when nobody is in the box and starts again when your child is back. The last ten seconds need them to be still before it finishes. If the box is tight, mark the spot again a little larger.

Ending a time-out early

Hold the end button for three seconds. It's built so a small child can't end it by tapping.

Subscriptions

• Restore: open the Plus screen and tap Restore purchase, signed in with the same Apple ID.
• Cancel: iPhone Settings, your name, Subscriptions, Sit Tight.
• Refunds: Apple handles these at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Deleting your data

Everything lives on your iPhone. Remove a child in Settings to delete their history, or delete the app to delete everything. See the privacy policy.
